How to Make Fried Shrimp

Fried shrimp is a classic dish in Korea that everyone has come to love, mainly because Korean people also love seafood. Fried shrimp is very simple to make; all you need is shrimp, oil, bread crumbs, and flour. The frying process will literally only take you a couple of minutes depending on how many you're making, but easy regardless. Here is the quick and easy way to make fried shrimp.

First we have to prepare the shrimp. Clean the shrimp with water and then peel the shell off of the shrimp. Keep the tail on as that's what most Koreans use to eat the shrimp with. This dish can be eaten without chopsticks as well. Once you've peeled all the shrimp, butterfly it and set it aside.

Next, it's time to prepare the batter coats for the shrimp. In separate bowls, pour out some flour in one, bread crumbs in another, and crack a couple of eggs and mix it in another.

Now, take a prying pan with cooking oil and preheat it. While the pan is heating, take your shrimp and cover them in egg, flour, and bread crumbs. Once they're covered, drop them into the frying pans one by one.
Take the shrimp out of the oil when the shrimp turns golden brown.

Set it on a plate with a paper towel on top to get rid of excess oil. Let it cool down and now you can serve it to your family or guests. It'll be a delicious treat to anyone who loves seafood.
