How to Make Vegetarian Fried Balls

Going vegetarian isn't easy. A someone may not prefer this kind of diet since preparing menus alone may not be that simple. But citizen do not know that going vegetarian is not that complex because you can experiment with dissimilar menus in a collection of ways. One is the preparing and cooking of vegetarian fried balls.

Here are the steps for you to cook and taste the appetizing and healthy yet affordable vegetarian fried balls.

Pan Fried Chicken

1. Prepare the valuable ingredients and materials.

Vegetarian Balls:

1/2 size cabbage
2 pieces carrots
2 pieces spring onion
1 piece onion
2 eggs
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup water
Salt
Pepper
Vegetable oil or other kinds of oil as desired

Sauce:

1/4 cup vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Chilly pepper (if beloved spicy)

Materials:

Small and medium-sized mixing bowls
Frying pan
Measuring spoon or can be a regular teaspoon/tablespoon
Plastic gloves
Strainer

2. Chop the cabbage, carrots, spring onions and onions into very small pieces. Set aside.

3. In a small mixing bowl, beat the eggs until there are no egg sediments.

4. Place the flour in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Add in the beaten egg and water until the combination becomes thick. Make sure that there are no unmixed flour sediments.

5. Into the mixture, place all the chopped vegetables.

6. Mix carefully. Add in added water if the combination is too thick to be mixed but make sure that the thickened texture of the combination due to the flour component is not compromised.

7. Add salt and pepper to taste.

8. Once done with the mixture, get a measuring spoon to allow uniformity in size and start getting a scoop of the goods and place in the gloved hand. Start making balls.

9. Heat the frying pan. Use moderate heat only. Add in vegetable oil or other kinds of oil as desired. The level of the oil will be based on the size of the balls. Make sure that the balls are dipped well.

10. Start frying the balls. Fry until the color turns into golden brown.

11. Once finished, put the balls on a strainer to drain excess oil.

12. To Prepare the sauce, dice and chop the garlic into small pieces. Into the vinegar, add in salt and pepper to taste as well as the garlic. If a spicy flavor is desired, you may add in chopped chilly peppers.

13. You may now serve the vegetarian fried balls.

How to Make Vegetarian Fried Balls

Pan Fried Chicken

Vegetarian Chicken

This vegetarian chicken is prepared by using mashed vegetables including cabbage, spring onion, green/red chilies and tomatoes. This mixture of mashed vegetables give unique flavor in this curry and the combination of red and green chilies make it a bit spicy but you can always adjust the spice level according to your taste. This vegetarian chicken is served in sizzling hot dish which makes it more attractive for foodies. It is prepared in just 30 minutes and can be served for 4-5 persons. Nearly all the vegetarians are going to enjoy this dish.

Ingredients:

250 gm boneless chicken (cut in small pieces)
1/4 piece of medium size cabbage (or 1 cup roughly chopped)
2 medium size tomatoes
4-5 green chilies
10-12 dry red pepper (soaked in boiled water for 15 minutes)
2 spring onions (coarsely chopped)
1/2 cup tomato paste
3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
2 tbsp ginger (finely chopped)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tsp mix spice powder (2 cinnamon sticks, 3 cloves, 2 green cardamom, 1 black cardamom)
Salt to taste
1 cup oil

Cooking Instructions:

At first put chopped cabbage, spring onions, green chilies, dry red chilies and half cup of water, blend all these ingredients together and make smooth paste. In a sauce pan, fry ginger garlic in half cup of oil on medium heat until they become light brown in color. It would take at least 5-8 minutes. After that add the blended mixture of vegetables and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. When the mixture starts bubbling add pinch of salt, tomato paste, black pepper and allow the mixture to simmer for 8-10 minutes until oil starts to separate from the gravy.

In the mean time when the gravy is cooking, fry chicken pieces in the remaining oil for at least ten minutes or until all the water of chicken has dried and its turns white in color. When the gravy is done put the fried chicken pieces in it and give final flavors to the gravy by adding cumin powder and mix spice powder. Let the chicken cook for 10 minutes so that it absorbs the flavor of gravy and becomes tender. This vegetarian chicken is served in sizzling hot dish giving a splendid taste particularly with fried rice.

Vegetarian Chicken
