Khao Soi curry paste and the North

Detail Khao Soi curry is a dish of spaghetti in northern Thailand. It is often served with chicken, egg noodles, half Bah, garnished with fried noodles, green onions, cilantro, pickled mustard leaves, roasted peppers and a splash of lime juice together. The Court is apparently a cacophony of flavors, each strong and clear, but in a punch bowl and a beautiful harmony when you're done right combination, of course. Ingredients: For chicken curry: 3-4 pounds chicken, cutpieces (or you could ever two legs, 2 thighs and 2 breast pieces, using about 3 pounds) 4-5 V. soup. 2 tablespoons red curry paste soup.
