Fruit Cocktail Dessert and Oven Fried Chicken

Oven Fried Chicken:

1 stick of butter, or margarine
1 egg slightly beaten
2 Tablespoons of water
2 and 1/2 to 3 pounds of frying chicken cut up
1 4 cup grated parmesan cheese ( optional )
1 and 1/4 cups of potato flakes
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder ( optional )
1 teaspoon of onion salt, ( optional )
1/2 teaspoon of paprika, ( optional )
1/2 teaspoon of salt, pepper to taste.

Pan Fried Chicken

Melt butter in a shallow 9 x 13 baking pan. In separate bowl, combine egg and water, set aside
Mix potato flakes, seasonings, and cheese together. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture; roll in potato flakes
cheese mixture. Place skin side down in melted butter, turn, and bake skin side up at 400 degrees
for 40 to 60 minutes.

This recipe was given to me by my cousin, Charlotte Dunham. Its so easy and yummy.

Fruit Cocktail Dessert:

2 medium size cans of fruit cocktail

1 to 2 cups shredded coconut

1 medium container of frozen whipped topping ( thawed )

( optional ) 1/2 cup chopped pecans, 1/2 cup of raisins

In medium size bowl, place drained fruit cocktail, add shredded coconut, nuts and raisins stir.
Add thawed whipped topping, stir. Cover and chill before serving.
Cover and refrigerate any remaining dessert.

This recipe was given to me by my grandmother, Ora May Rozzel, when I was a very young mother.
My children always loved it when they were little. Thank you so much Grandma, I miss you.

Italian cream cake recipe - dessert recipes

Looking for a perfect dessert to follow a perfect Italian meal, wedding cake, romantic or just a recipe for chocolate cake to break the monotony? If so, you can certainly consider a recipe for Italian cream cake.

Ingredients:

2 cups white sugar
6 large eggs, room temperature.
Cooking spray
1 / 2 cup butter
2 cups flour, all
1 teaspoon baking powder tea
1 cup low-fat buttermilk or regular
1 / 2 cup coarselychopped pecans
1 teaspoon almond tea extract real
Tea extract 1 teaspoon coconut Real
1 teaspoon vanilla extract real
1 / 2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
1 teaspoon salt

Cream Cheese Icing Ingredients:

4 ounces butter
4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract real
8 oz cream cheese
A cup of pecans (toasted or un-toasted bread)

Italian cream cake recipe Directions

Glazing

Step one: Mix butter, powdered sugar, vanilla sugarextract, and cream cheese in a medium bowl.
Second stage: Beat ingredients until light and creamy (about three minutes.) Make sure not to hit, or glaze is too runny.
Step three: Set the nuts aside. They will be used at the end.
Step Four: Cover and refrigerate the icing.
Note: Do not add the walnuts to the icing. And 'the icing is very difficult to spread.

Cake:

Step One: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step Two: Spray evenly 3 (9 inch)Baking dish with cooking spray.
Third step: Dust pan with flour and shake excess flour.
Step four: Set the pans aside.
Step Five: In a large bowl of sugar and butter. Using an electric mixer, beat at medium speed until smooth.
Sixth step: Separate the egg yolks and egg whites. We reserve the egg white for use in an instant.
Seventh step: Add an egg yolk and beat the mixture well. Add another egg yolk and beat the mixture well. * YesOnly two of the yolks.
Step Eight: In a separate bowl, flour, salt and yeast.
Step Nine: Add 1 / 4 of the flour mixture, mixture of cream and mix well.
Step ten: Add 1 / 4 of the buttermilk and mix well.
Step Eleven: Take the flour and buttermilk replacement until all is used.
Twelve Steps: Mix in vanilla, coconut and almond extract.
Step Thirteen: Add pecans and coconut.
Fourteen Step: Use a blenderBeat the egg whites at high speed until stiff peaks form. Careful not more than football.
Fifteen step: Fold in egg white.
Sixteen Step: Pour the mixture into molds.
Step Seventeen: Bake 23 minutes.
Eighteen step: Cool pans for 10 minutes. Then carefully remove the cake molds.

Icing of the cake:

Step One: Line a plate or pie dish with baking paper. You can use a part of a cycle to follow the exact size.
Step two: Place a layerplate, and ice cream with ¼ of the glaze. Repeat with each layer.
Step Three: Use the last 1 / 4 of ice icing on the sides of the cake.
Fourth step: Sprinkle pecans on top and sides of cake. You can use a piece of wax paper and press the pecans in the icing.

It may seem a bit 'boring, but this Italian recipe torta worth it!
