Tofu sautéed Family

Famous dish of the family in Sichuan tofu. The main ingredient is tofu.

Ingredients:

Method:

Put a cloth strainer and drain tofu
Fresh beans, cut into 1 cm (1 / 2 inch) pieces. Heat 1 tablespoon oil and half of the FRYcut the tofu until light brown. Add more oil to fry the tofu remaining. Slice the meat to marinate.
