Many people thought that sumo wrestlers have no need to exercise and they even don’t need any special kind of diet but this is wrong. Sumo wrestlers also eat healthy diet and they too exercise a lot. They are very healthy and flexible. Most of the wrestlers can do splits. Many of them do calisthenics every morning to keep their muscles mass up. There diet consists of steak and rice. Japanese sumo wrestlers have to eat diet that is rich in energy and results in energy.
