Sweet & Spicy Wings Chicken

Denomination: 1 teaspoon soy sauce Ching's Secret 4 tablespoons of Ching Cheong, all in a sauce of broccoli secret 1 cup florets of a bite size 1 bunch spinach leaves 4 stalks asparagus, cut into 1 inch ½ cup mushrooms, cut into half 1 tablespoon chopped garlic ½ tsp ground white tea 2 tablespoons vegetable oil Salt to taste Red pepper flakes washing method topping: vegetables thoroughly, drain and set aside. Boil water in a heavy pot. Blanch the broccoli, asparagus and mushrooms in boiling waterThe water one after another, and refresh in cold water, drain and set aside. Do not boil. Heat 2 tablespoons hot oil in a saucepan, add the garlic and roast for about half a minute. Add the vegetables, stir, simmer under fire. Add the sauce All in One Secret Ching, Ching Secret soy sauce, a pinch of salt and white pepper and mix well. Cook and stir until all vegetables are coated with sauce.
