Chicken Recipes

There are many recipes with chicken. Here are some of them.

Chicken with peanuts

Pan Fried Chicken

Ingredients

# White chicken meat
# Garlic
# Onion
# Carrots
# Cabbage
# Cucumber
# Peppers (red and green)
# Mushrooms (can be replaced by apple)
# Peanuts
# Desired: any seasonal vegetables (it is important to be crunchy)
# Spices: soy sauce, ginger powder (or, better, fresh grated), pepper, cayenne pepper, a little sesame, density, shot cognac or brandy.

Method

Chicken meat minces and mixes the cubes with 2-3 tablespoons soy sauce, cognac shot and 2-3 tablespoons density. All good stir and leave to sit for awhile in the refrigerator.

Vegetables shred the papers, not very long, and onions aside in a separate plate.

In a deeper pan or medium casserole put 2-3 tablespoons of oil and heat it to the point where oil starts to smoke. To the heat-treated oil add salt and garlic, and white meat previously filtered. Finally, add the ginger. Since oil is hot, mix it with the meat and fry it no longer than 2-3 minutes.

In a deeper pan or saucepan put oil and heat it to a point where it begins to smoke. Again, add some salt and turn over chopped vegetables. Vegetable roast with intensive mixing in a few minutes and gradually add pepper and cayenne pepper. After 2-3 minutes of roasting, add the fried chicken with peanuts, sesame, remaining soy sauce and cognac (2-3 tablespoons). Mix it intensive few more minutes and when the meat and vegetables beautifully merge, remove it from fire and serve with rice.

This dish is very tasty and prepared for only 5-6 minutes (if you exclude the time for chopping vegetables), but require some agility and speed during the preparation.

Chicken with honey

It takes four to six persons: 600 g chicken fillet, 300 g spaghetti, 100 g carrot, 50 g celery roots, stalks celery 50 g, 20 g of honey, 1 tablespoon mustard, 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper, 2 tablespoons oil, 2 to 3 tablespoons soy sauce, a little salt, 2 tablespoons parsley.

Preparation: cook the chicken pieces and sprinkle with the pepper. Mustard and honey well and stir them coating the chicken. Let the meat marinated for at least two hours. Cook the vegetables about five minutes in 300 ml boiling water. Fry marinated chicken in the hot oil. Add the cubes sliced vegetables and pour 150 ml of water. Continue to stew in mild fire until the meat and vegetables are not soft. Soft cooked spaghetti, add the remaining liquid and soy sauce, and once again cook it.

Sweet sour chicken

2 kg of chicken
300 g lettuce
200 gr green beans
celery
carrot
4 tablespoons raisins
onion
garlic
coriander
cinnamon
nutmeg
pepper

Mix all the spices and finally unite them with the chopped carrot, celery, black and white onions. With this mixture fill the chicken; put it in a large pot, add water, and cook it for 1 hour. Leave it to cool. Cook the green beans in salted water; wash green salad, and lemon peel cut into thin strips. Oil, vinegar, raisins and lemon peel mix. Separate chicken from bones, cut into thin noodles and place it on plate with salad and green beans. Pour prepared sauce of raisins and serve.
