MAGETAN Soto Ayam (chicken MAGETAN)

My grandmother, on the eastern slope of Mount Lawu life cooked using this type of Soto Lebaran Idul Fitri if it needs hundreds of conjecture on this subject. She does not live in MAGETAN, but his Soto was very similar to what he said Masak Seri Femina Soto on that.

Ingredients:
1 chicken / organic chicken, cleanedToasted and chopped

2 lemon grass

Ground Spices:
3 cloves garlic
8 shallots
2 cm ginger
½ c. Tea powder turmeric
5 candlenuts
½ c. tea white pepper powder
Pinch of powdered cumin
½ teaspoon tamarind
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoonSugar

Completed:
50 g of rice, pasta, and cook 2 minutes, then soaked in cold water and drained, molded
150 g bean sprouts, soaked in warm water, then drained
3 hard-cooked eggs, peeled, sliced
100 g cabbage, finely chopped
2 tablespoons celery
2 tablespoons fried onions
Potato Chip
Chili Spice
Sweet soy sauce
Lime juice

Instructions:

Boil the chicken is tender with salt in water until the chicken enough, andThe broth is about 1 L
Remove the chicken from the pan and drain well, chop it up there

Mix in ground spices, salam leaves, lemon grass, leaves jeruk purut, galanga root, cinnamon powder
Pour the chicken broth slowly, stir, cook for them again
